1-person grounding sheet

Description

Do you sleep in a single bed or a queen size bed? Then this 1-person grounding sheet is suitable for you. You can also use this sheet on a larger bed. You then use the sheet crosswise so that you come into contact with the silver thread of the grounding sheet over the entire width of the bed. Grounded sleeping on a grounding sheet is perhaps the easiest way to stay in contact with the earth for a long time. If you sleep grounded, you can feel a difference from the very first moment. Both in your body and in your head.

This 1-person sheet measures 140 x 200 cm. Perfect for 1-person mattresses or queen size beds. A standard 4.6 m grounding cable and an adapter (grounding plug) are included.

This grounding sheet does not have elastic edges like a fitted sheet, so it fits on any 1-person or queen size mattress. The grounding sheet can be placed under a cotton fitted sheet. Cotton conducts and extends the life of the grounding sheet.

This grounding sheet is made of organic cotton in a natural color. The sheet has a fine and antibacterial woven silver thread (95% soft premium quality cotton with 5% silver thread). You simply connect the sheet to the earth using the included cable and power outlet adapter.

Connection and use

The 1-person grounding sheet comes with a standard connection cable of 4.6 meters and a handy adapter for a grounded socket. You can connect 2 grounding cables (and thus 2 grounding products) per adapter. You can also use a grounded extension cord to plug in the adapter(s). As long as this extension cord is plugged into a grounded socket.

If you do not have a grounded socket nearby, it is difficult to reach, or if you are traveling, you can use a ground rod. With this grounding rod, you can easily connect the sheet to the ground via a thin 12-meter cable.

This grounding rod can be easily placed through a window and stuck into the ground, even if you sleep on an upper floor. The built-in resistance is also present here for extra safety and peace of mind. The window also remains perfectly sealable.

Do you live too high for the ground rod or do you not have a garden or ground under your window? Then you can also ground via a bare piece of metal pipe from the central heating. These are always grounded via the boiler according to legal requirements. For attachment, we also have handy crocodile clips available in our webshop.

Safety

This 1-person grounding sheet does not consume electricity and does not come into contact with it. It is safely connected to the grounding of your house. This can be done via the adapter (plug) in a grounded socket, via the central heating pipe, or with a grounding rod. For your peace of mind, the cable has an extra built-in resistance of 100k ohm. This makes it even safe for children and babies. Even if there were voltage on the ground, the sheet would not conduct more than a tiny shock.
