This Set (4 pcs) DSV/Esona tire pressure sensors (TPMS) is a must-have for all BMW drivers who value safety and convenience. After installation, these sensors automatically pair with your car's system and provide accurate and real-time information about tire pressure, allowing you to intervene in a timely manner when necessary. To ensure that the sensors are correctly programmed for your car, you will receive an email before shipment of this product requesting you to provide your vehicle details, such as the exact model/type and year of manufacture. You can also indicate whether you want the sensors with silver, black, or anthracite-colored valves, depending on the color of your rims. DSV (Deutsche Sensoren Vertrieb) specializes in tire pressure-related products, and all our products are CE + ROHS certified. Passenger cars from November 2014 onwards are required to have these sensors, unless another system has been installed. General information; Tire pressure sensors are sensors that are attached inside the tire on the valves and thus measure tire pressure. The system is used to warn drivers when tire pressure is too low and thereby also to prevent traffic safety from being compromised. If you have a second set of wheels or for replacing the original sensors, DSV tire pressure sensors are an excellent choice. Batteries of original sensors have a limited lifespan of maximum 5 to 8 years depending on use. After this period, sensors usually need to be replaced to ensure that the system continues to work and provides accurate information about tire pressure. It is important to note that the lifespan of the batteries can also be affected by other factors, such as environmental conditions and the quality of the sensors themselves. The actual lifespan of the batteries varies considerably between different TPMS brands. It is important that tire pressure is constantly monitored to prevent possible accidents. Correct tire pressure also contributes to a significantly longer lifespan of your tires.
