Plug & Charge with fixed charging cable
Thanks to the fixed type 2 charging cable, you save time and energy in the charging process. You no longer have to constantly take out and put away your charging cable. With the fixed charging cable, you can plug the cable into your car and charge immediately after parking. Because the cable is attached to the charging station, you will never lose it and suddenly be without a charging solution at home!
Please note: The Besen charging station is unfortunately not suitable for the Renault Zoe.
The Besen charging station offers flexibility with charging capacities ranging from 3.7 kW to 7.4 kW. The app variant is available with charging capacities from 3.7kW, 7.4kW, 11 kW, 22kW
Higher IP protection than other charging stations
Most charging stations have an IP54 certification. This is sufficient for outdoor use, but Besen likes to go one step further. They have made the housing even more watertight and received an IP66 certification. They have made this possible by connecting a short power cable (~50 to 150cm) to the charging station beforehand and then making the housing around it watertight.
To connect to the meter cupboard, this short power cable must be extended via a junction box with another power cable, the end of which is attached to the meter cupboard. However, this is not a problem for the installers of our installation partners!
Real-time monitoring on LCD screen
Via the handy LCD screen, you can see the real-time data of your charging session at a glance, such as consumption and current charging power.
Extra security
The Besen charging station is secured in various ways. For example, the charging station has integrated protection for overheating, DC leakage protection, overload, and underload. This protects your meter cupboard, charging station, and electric car.
App variant
The Besen charging station with app gives you the option to manually adjust the charging power via the app, review charging sessions, and schedule charging sessions with the 'delayed charging' function. Furthermore, thanks to the app, your Besen charging station is secured and cannot be used by others who do not have access to the application.
Check your meter cupboard in Belgium
To connect the Besen type 2 charging station, a neutral wire must be present in your meter cupboard . Unfortunately, this is not always the case in Belgian households. For more information and help with this, you can always contact our customer service.
