The pan, also called a conical simmering pot by Demeyere itself, is further made of 7-PlyMaterial consisting of 7 layers, including 18/10 stainless steel and aluminium. Ideal for slow simmering or stewing dishes while preserving all vitamins.
After use, the pan can be put in the dishwasher, but the use of aggressive soap products could affect the pan and cause it to corrode. To prevent this, it is best to use phosphate-free dishwashing detergents and tablets or the cleaning cream specially developed by Demeyere.
