Material

The table protector is made of PVC. The material is 100% transparent! The material is water-repellent and therefore easy to wipe clean and keep hygienic. However, the material cannot withstand heat well, so using a coaster is still necessary.

All our table protectors comply with the European Reach Standard. This means, among other things, that our table protectors are free of Phthalates, Bisphenol, and heavy metals.

Cleaning the table protector

Because the table protector is made of PVC, it is smooth. This allows you to easily wipe the table protector with a damp cloth.

Be careful with dyes on the table protector. These tend to absorb into the PVC quite quickly. Therefore, keep a damp cloth handy so you can remove it quickly. This prevents the dyes from soaking into the material. Examples of foods with many dyes include red beets, red cabbage, tomatoes, and curry.

Custom-made table protector

The table protector is custom-made specifically for you. For this type of table protector, we cut a little extra, because it can shrink. After unrolling, the table protector shrinks by about 1%. We take this into account, so we send everyone approximately 1% extra. We advise not to cut the table protector to size immediately if it doesn't seem to fit, as this can change later after shrinking. This way, you can be sure that the table protector will fit your table perfectly!
