The top: The top is entirely handmade from pieces of solid mango wood and has been left slightly bumpy for extra character. The top has grooves on the underside to counteract the natural movement of the wood.

Maintenance: The mango wood we use requires little maintenance, but there are a few standard rules that apply to almost every type of wood. For example, it is good for the wood (but also for yourself) when the humidity in the house remains between 40% and 60%. It goes without saying that food residues and/or spilled drinks should always be removed as quickly as possible and not left for too long. A slightly damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning the table. If the top becomes dull over time, beeswax (especially in spray form) is a very nice way to make it shine again.

Sustainable: Mango wood is extremely ecologically responsible. The tree from which our wood comes is initially grown for the mango fruit itself. After 15 to 20 years, the tree is fully grown and can make way for a new, younger tree. From this moment on, it goes to our factory and the wood is given a second life.

Delivery: When a piece of furniture such as a table, cabinet or dresser is ordered from us, you will be called by our transport company for a suitable delivery appointment. Check your phone number during ordering. It may happen that bol.com automatically reports the latest delivery date as the definitive delivery date. This is incorrect. Our carrier will call you and together with them you can make the appointment and discuss any special requirements. If a product needs to be delivered via stairs or a lift, this may incur additional costs.
