This customer counter provides full insight into the number of visitors to your location. The customer counter is wireless, 2-way and consists of a transmitter and a receiver that can be placed, for example, at the entrance of your store/building. This customer counter registers both incoming and outgoing customers and the data can be read directly on the display. No cables are needed as the supplied battery lasts up to 2 years. Users can choose which counting direction is displayed and the system is easy to connect.
How the system works
The system works on the principle of interrupting a horizontal infrared beam. The transmitter sends a pulsating infrared beam to the receiver. When this beam is interrupted by, for example, a person, this is detected by the receiver and the count value is displayed on the screen.
