PREPARATION FOR BREWING
- Bring water to a “boil” (95 degrees Celsius). When ready, pour it into the BREWGEAR.store gooseneck kettle.
- Weigh out 15 grams of coffee beans and grind them to a medium setting.
- Place the adapter ring on the coffee server.
- Place the coffee dripper on the adapter ring.
- Place 1 paper filter in the coffee dripper, then rinse the paper filter with hot water. Discard this water, as it may have a paper taste.
- Place the complete dripper set on the BREWGEAR.store scale. Add the 15 grams of ground CoffeeXperts coffee to the paper filter and set the scale to zero.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Start the timer, within 20 seconds slowly pour 50 grams of hot water from the gooseneck kettle over the coffee to allow it to “bloom”.
- After 40 seconds: Within 20 seconds, slowly pour water in a circular motion until the scale reads 150 grams.
- At 1:20 minutes: Within 20 seconds, slowly pour water in a circular motion until the scale reads 250 grams.
- Now wait until all the water has run through the coffee. This should take approximately 3 minutes. Adjust the grind setting if necessary to achieve this goal.
