The musical arm is extra long because these felt mobiles are also long. The arm is 88cm. If desired, you can easily remove 1 of the 3 self-assembly pieces, leaving a musical arm of 66cm. 66cm is a normal size for a musical arm. So you can use the arm for both this long felt mobile and hang another shorter mobile on it. Multifunctional! The music plays for approximately 4 minutes with the classic baby sleep melody.
