1. Regarding ink shortage or water leakage.

The marker is a double-headed marker. During storage and transport, it may have been upright for a long time. As a result, the water in the marker may have gone up. It is advisable to gently shake the marker back and forth a few times with the cap on.

Alcohol is the main solvent in the marker, so put the cap on the marker as soon as you are not using it to prevent evaporation of the ink.

2. Regarding the color difference between the cap and the ink.
