Please note: The SYM Fiddle and SYM Orbit scooters were supplied with a GY6 engine block until the end of 2008. At the end of 2008, SYM switched from the GY6 XS1P39QMB engine block to the SYM XS1P37QMA engine block. To check which engine block your scooter has, the engine code is stated at the bottom of the engine block and under point 6 on the engine block sticker in the helmet compartment (See images). The exhaust only fits models with engine code XS1P37QMA and does not fit models with engine code XS1P39QMB.

For emission requirements at initial registration, the standard exhausts are equipped with an SLS connection, which pumps clean air from the air filter into the exhaust. Because replacement exhausts do not have an SLS connection, the hose on the exhaust must be capped off, this does not affect the performance of the engine.
